~~~ "Restricted Delivery" can be added on for an additional cost... which means if the mail is addressed to Jack Jones; only Jack Jones can sign for it -- not Mrs Jack Jones nor anyone else at the same address Jack Jones lives at. It has to be Jack Jones.
