Yes I received my first negative since 1998 because the guy wouldn't pay. When I went to get my fees back and put a claim in he immediately paid and left me negative feedback which eBay would not reverse. He said I had nothing better else to do then to worry I wouldn't get paid which is his opinion I was told and was not a reason they could reverse. EBay sucks as far as seller protection goes. the buyer can rob the item and claim the package has nothing in it and you can not refute it.
