We bought a magazine, from May of 1957, that appears to be for local culinary-bar workers. It shows the new rates of pay that are being negotiated. We thought they were making pretty good money...!!!

Then we realized that the wages weren't hourly...they're daily!

Thought some of you might enjoy seeing them...
