A nice looking Slots-A-Fun chip available on

In 1975, Slots-A-Fun ordered their first CIC chips, a fantastic set of DIECAR chips with 6-Yellow inserts. Now, I say set because there ended up being 3 chips: Two errors and one non-error. So by the 1980s, Slots moved away from the CIC chips and put a hot stamp chip on their tables. We know there are two different HS chips: one has short canes, the other has a much more difficult to find long canes.

This chip for sale has short canes. The hot stamp is in really fantastic shape. One side has a couple of flea bites. The biggest detractor of this chip is its dirty. I do not clean hot stamp chips. Mostly because I'm horrible at it. There is a definite trick to cleaning hot stamps where you can clean the chip without touching the hot stamp. So if you can clean this chip, you will have a showcase chip for not a whole lot.
