If you like motorcycles next week great time to visit Deadwood as Sturgis is 10 miles away and is the site of the annual rally.
The rally brings 600,000 visitors to the Black Hills. The enclosed photo was taken last year at Deadwood one early morning during rally week.
Enjoy your visit to Deadwood but be prepared as everything is busy. No rooms available and beer sales for $8 and up a bottle.
Casinos are open and will be very very busy. There are 16 casinos in Deadwood that offer table games (with chips). Tokens are hard to find as they have all gone to TITO. I am not aware of any gift/coin shop that sales tokens or chips. However most casino are willing to sale chips off the tables and often at the cages. You should not have any trouble collecting chips, tokens no.

Cadillac Jacks, 360 Main Street (also Poker)
