Dome of the Sea was on the main level, outside the casino. At the top of the Dunes was "Top o' the Dunes". This link says it originally had a revolving dining room, but I don't remember that. I thought I had heard Borland was maître d' at Dome of the Sea, but I didn't know him then either, only saw him at his store on Reno Ave., behind Excalibur.
