New to me Bill Borland chip.
Most of you know David and I have what we believe is the most complete collection of Bill Borlands chips.
This one makes 797 different chips in the collection.
Bill's day job was the Matre D at the top of the Dunes restaurant. Need to do a little research on Eddie Milan but I suspect he worked there also,
