I have a stereo view card of the Casino at Monte Carlo. On the back it mentions an "Association... and Strangers Club.....". I also have a MOP chip with that same loose translation. My French is mostly non existent. I was told my purple chip was from probably Belgium. My question is, where did that ID information come from? Was the Club for Strangers a common phrase to describe European Casinos at the turn of the century, especially those for tourist? Could my chip be from Monte Carlo?
