I have no issues with your win Smitty. That's poker. I am simply annoyed that I have been so far ahead in my last 8 final hands(anywhere from 75% to 97% on Pokerstars and have been killed on the river in 7 of them(turn once). It just gets annoying and very frustrating.I find that it happens way too much on this site.
I get bad beats live as well,as do many of us,but nowhere as frequent as online. It's at the point where you look at a good hand,play it well but know...no matter how positive you feel...that the one card that will beat you,will show up and that is not a pleasant feeling. When I was against you two last night and saw your hands,I just knew what was coming and I don't feel that way when I play live.
I was probably about 71% pre flop, 69% on the flop and about 85% on the turn, with the K-9 at 11% on the turn and you were about 4%.
Yet,I love playing and will continue but I have stopped all cash games on Pokerstars for over a year now and am happy that I did,especially when I talk with other players and they tell me things that I have been saying in here for a long time.
I will not ever give up though and I know that luck will turn my way eventually.
Well done sir. Save me a spot at the final table next week ok?
