The PCNY was to be a "gambling cruise ship to nowhere" that was to set sail from New York City. The chips were made, but the necessary permits were never obtained, and the venture folded. The chips ultimately made it into the open market.

First is a set of five chips. The darker $25 on the far right is from the secondary rack.

$10 shipped for the set of five chips, + $2 S&H in a bubble mailer.

I also have a set of 20 of the $5 chips and of the $25 (secondary) chips.

$25 + $2 S&H in a bubble mailer per set of 20. I would be willing to sell a set of 10 each ($5 & $25) for the same price.
