I think most of the casinos in the Netherlands issues opening date chips (w/ actual dates); I know Groningen, Valkenburg... and Zandvoort did for sure, in 1976, as they were the first... They also had special dice with 'Goddess Fortuna' affixed with serial numbered documentation.
