This is the summary of the post and the threads that resulted thereof. I owe the "threaders" this much for "fingering" when I was totally lost in search for more info of the River Queen Casino snapper from Don Lueders which I intend to upload to the http://www.snapperswithoutborders.com/wp/.
The thread of Gene Trimble is well taken and has more credence to me which was top most in my mind for the direction were to look for next.
The thread of Don Lueders who owns the chip with the info taken from John Kallman's web helps a lot to look and zero in precisely to the River Queen Square mall. Following this lead I found out that the building that used to be occupied by the River Queen casino is now the Elk Lodge #260. As you can see the building in the Fig. 2.
The "home made logo" Fig. 1 was lifted from the wooden chip of John Kallman without permission, much better than if I use the signage at the River Queen mall.
The thread by Dereck Bistricsky mentioned that there is a CIC chip from River Queen Casino, Edmonton, Alberta Canada which is also second(ed) threaded by David Byard remains to be seen yet. These are endnotes and footnotes worth pursuing.
The Fig. 3 is the Borland copy which has been substantiated by both Gene Trimble and David Spragg which has threaded below in response to particular chip that it was "used" in the Edmonton casino, but was not delivered anywhere as per David Spragg.

Fig. 2 will be uploaded to the website as soon as the chipdust settles down and I can personally see clearly there is nothing else to do.
Thank you for all your help and patience following the post and threads.
