I've always known it to be that buyers/sellers always trusted eachother w/o sellers expecting payment first and sellers expecting buyers to make payment when deal was made and that buyers would pay (our COE)... with both goods and payment being made simutaineously.

If things have changed; I'm sorry... I wasn't aware... Still, my complements to Chuck for doing it the way he does.
