There are some regular people I trade with here..and have no problem at all sending chips first and have never had a problem.

I have had a few "new people" want to trade and I always tell them. "No money..no chippees".

However, one time I sent chips first to a regular here..no money came. I sent a reminder e-mail every week, which was getting less and less friendly. Went on for over a month. Then I found out his wife passed away and I felt horrible. Sometimes things just happen, and people forget about chips and other less important things.
