Chuck's one of the good guys that starts by trusting people. That's why the chips get sent first

I don't collect new issues anymore, but when I did most of them came from Chuck and while he will remember that he sometimes had to remind me, when he did I paid up. I also appreciated the trust he placed in me, knowing that I would pay up (even with the occasional reminder ) which is why I gave Chuck my business.

The same goes for many on the chipboard, which is one of the great things about this hobby - where else do you give and receive so much trust to people you have never met.
