... is not parked going the wrong direction. Remember, Fremont started out as a two way street and was a two way street at the time of the photo. The yellow stripe in the middle of the street gives that away.

So the picture was taken between 1978 and the year that Fremont became a one way street (I don't recall the year).

It's a great picture that I've seen before and I've always wanted to know who the players were.
