To answer your question...

The key cards were used to promote last year's convention to NON-club members who would be staying at the South Point between Wednesday and Sunday. We figured each time they used the key to enter their room it would/could be a reminder of our event. We gave the director of hotel operations the directive to give a set out to any club member who requested them but that the real purpose of the keys was a marketing tool to promote our convention to South Point visitors who were not in the club.
