Barry H. was the person that "loaned" the SouthPoint key for the Convention display and therefore had first dibs on making it a donation. This post reminded him of that and he opted to donate the key to the Club's Permanent Collection. I did receive emails from several others, which I had to decline, but please, keep in ind the way in which these things are done...

On a first come, first served basis, I can accept a committment now for the donation next year. But one has to agree to donate the winner no matter what wins. This is pretty simple (and safe) with room keys/slot cards, but frightening with SSOTY! LOL
