I was under the impression that the whole show was scripted, but spent some time talking with Mark Hall Patton who has been on the show nearly 100 times now.

Mark insists that the show is not scripted and the guys have absolutely no idea on what he will say.

Now, parts like when they "Call in an expert" are set up as the experts are already there because of filming requirements.

Are some of the situations and discussions among the guys set up..... I am sure those are.

But for the most part I am told its real.
