You can blame BOA for the glitch... but the gentleman has no self control; and he is responsible for the mess he got himself into. Would most people run up a overdraft that high if they discovered it was unlimited? Obviously most people know they have to pay back the overdraft protection and would not do such a foolish deed. Just my perspective.
