I posted the info you gave me on the HCE "S" chip and here is reply. Could be that the chips were bought (& used) in Buffalo but then for whatever reason migrated to NYC? Chips do migrate as we know.

Thanks for the info. I am not a chip collector, I just accumulated some chips from a number of old casinos. I only know the provenance of the Suffolk chips. Almost all of the chips I had were put in a storage facility many years ago. I am now looking through the stored items, so the chips should surface.

Generally I kept only a few chips from each site I visited. I probably have 50-60 such chips. The Suffolk chips are a different story - my recollection is that I put many (perhaps hundreds) of those chips into storage.

I plan to list what turns up on Ebay. If you would like to be alerted, I would be happy to do that.
