potentially walkable but i wouldnt. temperature and neighborhood are not condusive to living.

Very short drive from downtown (5-8 minutes). They are open 24 hours but table games are limited to fri/sat nights. I personally had no problems during the day and was able to get the chips I asked for. Others had some different experiences. Your mileage may vary.
