Jim Follis and myself have seen (and own) the paperwork from these 2 casinos but I don't know if they ever had WinCard Chips. I some cases the casino ordered the WinCards Promotion but never implemented the promotion.

I’ve even heard stories from other people (not collectors) that they purchased the packets in the gift shop without chips. Once the packets were ordered from Gaming International, it was the responsibility of the casino to order the chips for the packets.

Ed’s Tahoe Nugget has been gone for many years, but Lakeside is still alive and kicking.
