I won an auction for a $1 Opera House 71 years of Gaming chip. It sold for $11.49. I have tried 3 times to pay with Paypal and the seller has not claimed the payment. First it was trouble with Paypal, he claims. Then he sent me an invoice, which I paid with Paypal and he still has not claimed the money. I sent him 2 emails suggesting that he send me his address and I will pay with cash. They are unanswered. I will not expose his Seller's name yet. Any ideas on how to proceed?
