My original post was from my personal experience there. Nowadays most companies use tools to scrape any information about themselves on the internet (both good and bad) to help market themselves. In this case I believe they saw my post and had someone (or a tool) respond. Using my own advanced internet toolset (i.e. Google) it appears that someone named Lyle is the manager of that restaurant.
