Until now I had assumed that the chips of USPC COB Clifford E. Albert were Cincinnati, OH chips.

Although Albert was born in Cincinnati and lived there a good portion of his life, when the chips were delivered by USPC to Mr. Albert, he was living in Napa, CA (where he died in 1960).
