"A bust at the Houston Airport today resulted when a man carrying hundreds of "illegal" chips was arrested trying to board a plane to Las Vegas. He was last heard mumbling about a club with alot of letters, mostly C's, and cursing about something called a "Spragg". Officials are trying to break the code but have yet been unsuccessful."
