Oglala Sioux tribal officals announced the opening of a second casino on Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.
The East Winds Casino, located in Martin, South Dakota, is 65 miles east of the Prairie Winds Casino in Oglala.
The new casino has over 100 machines but no mention of table games.
