I am very happy that I received collectors assistant today, however my wife is not so happy about it.
I have a few questions, I know I can email Terry but I figured I would ask on here since most of you use it and it may help someone else who might be new to using it.

1. On the tab with buy/sell I am putting the name of the person who I purchase it from but I have to type the name every time. It looks like there is a drop down box there but how do I add names so they will appear on the drop down.

2. Can someone who has a lot of Nevada chips give me advice on how to categorize them. I only have about 300 now but of course that will grow. In my binder I had it Las Vegas and Non Las vegas but now the non is getting too large. I was thinking Las Vegas, Mesquite, Reno, Lake Tahoe. Are there any other cities that I may end up with a lot from that would make sense to have a category for.
