The purppse of post is not to brag (well, maybe a little), but to illustrate how these MOP chips/plaques have been 're-surfaced' from older French plaques/chips by removing the older engraving and re-engraving them. On some of my Uruguay plaques the 'F' (franc) can still be seen.
