Hello chipboard - I'm new here, but I've been lurking for a bit as a non-member enjoying all these awesome collections of chips.

now, to the point of this thread...

I had been trolling around craigslist for chips to use in my home game and saw someone posting a set of 640 chips that looked like Paulsons so I decided to meet up. The price was suspiciously low at $40, but it was worth checking out.

Turns out they are authentic TH&C chips (and I've been told they're on the reverse mold), and there's a pretty decent breakdown of denoms:

250 white
175 red
125 green
50 black
20 orange
20 purple

The text on the inlay says, "In Grinnerung Don Oma Seltzer" which I've been told roughly means "In memory of Grandma Seltzer" although I understand the German isn't proper.

I'm wondering if anyone else may have come across a set like these - i'd LOVE to find more, but I am afraid these may be complete one offs...
