That is no different to here.
Limit is 10mb and it gets downsized.
Ralph's picture was 3.5mb to start with. After upload it was 250k.
However, there is another factor, linespeed. Any upload to a linux server will time out if not complete within 60 seconds. So if you cant upload in that time because your line is too slow, it wont matter who you are trying to host it with.
