A $100 Flamingo with those markings is listed in TCR.

However, I think the chip image on the watch face is a photograph on paper, not the actual chip.
If you look at the supplemental pictures, you'll see the watch mechanism from the reverse.
I don't think there's room enough for the mechanism and the thickness of a real chip within the watch dimensions.
