familiar with the term "tag team", but that is what I am experiencing via on-line and voice-messaging. points to (tags) PayPal and PayPal points to (tags) for assistance. Hence, a Tag Team approach to help. (And yes, I recognize I could have done more, sooner, but just the same, the seller said he would refund me and said that the item was returned and was in good order.
