I've had a purchase gone bad. (It does NOT involve a collector.)
I purchased an item through an store and paid via PayPal. It was shipped, but the garment did not fit. The seller's auction/store asked that problems be resolved first with them. We discussed telephonically about fit, but could not resolve it and item was returned (we paid shipping).
Item was received by seller and and via emails (through messages) seller agreed that refund was due, item was recieved and payment was going to happen shortly. However, it has NOT.
Going to to file a claim is not working because there is a limit of 45 days.
So.... any suggestions on how to get my refund? ($120)
