Re: 20 year pins
In Response To: 20 year pins ()

I never thought about it and since I bought back issues, I wouldn't know what the first club newsletter was that I got. First magazine in my files is 1993.

Jan-Feb-Mar new members (from previous quarter 1992) R-814 to R-939
Apr-May-Jun R-940 to R-1000 (became members first quarter of 1993) Hey there you are!
Jul-Aug-Sept R-1001 to R-1146 (and look, I'm on that list as Pete Porro) Longish story, has to do with Internet names, "real sounding names" working for Prodigy under that name. Now people don't think that Klinger is a fake name, back then, they did. vbg

If I did the math right, that makes both of us class of 1993.

And I might as well add, I have a day off today, I got up, watched the Indy 500 (on DVR) took a nap, ate some tuna, took a nap, looked at the weather... took a nap. ANd found that I had some time to visit the forum and not be a total stranger and hermit.
