Yeah,
(1) you can find the word by copy-pasting the post paragraph by paragraph one at a time to find the paragraph in preview, and then if need be: section by section.
(2) you can keep the word in by using a dash or underscore, like: nu_de, bi_tch, etc. ....... or you could make a picture of the entire post.
