Yea I worked at the Hard Rock in Vegas and we had dollar slugs. It definitely helps your hands with strength. I'm not really practicing. Ive been dealing since 1995 so if i still need practice I should just quit. LOL . I just do it as a kind of relaxation thing while I watch tv. Thanks for the input though.
