Statement, it clearly said NCV, etc. I have traded on my occasions for chips with no face value. Part of my Hard Rock and Atlantic City collections are of no face value, many of them I paid a stupid amount of money for just to complete my collection. My question was directed to the general consesus of where a collection ends. There is no one answer, just an overall feeling. Thanks.
