I bought a set of the Sleeping Buffalo from Saco, MT. I called and talked to someone who was there from day one. Never had any poker or gambling there I was told. They were probably made up to sell in a gift shop (I have no idea)? They were sold as Illegals on eBay. It was my first year collecting and I bought them. They look more plastic than anything else. They sure aren't that old.
