At first grants take more time because we would be answering question that we may not have answered before, or putting together
information that needs to be organized, after that... the majority of the grants require the same stuff.
It is plug and go.
Locust Projects pays our grant writer $100 an hour and it may take her 3 to 4 hours on a grant. Our last grant from cultural affairs
was over 30K

Another issue here is managing the daily duties of the club. I have always thought that our BOD needs to hire a part-time Director.
We would need to have a job description and salary. Then the BOD could have a goto person to manage the club's activities and they would
be reviewed yearly. This person would in no way replace our volunteers, but they would help organize them. It just makes sense... If it works... Then grow the position to a full-time position. BTW... one of their duties would be grant writing
