Hi Mike I have a few examples of plastic feeling, newer looking, diamond mold chips that are claimed to come from the 40's and 50's which I know is BS. I also have some diamond mold clay composite chips that do look very old. I bet someone was turning out plastic diamond molds back in the 80's like popcorn. Now to find out who made this plastic feeling chips. Hope you find out.
