Without the 20 to 30-year-old age group coming on board I see very little progress.

I also do not agree with what I've read here regarding this hobby being for the wealthy.

My only suggestion is to those who have spoken up in the past about attracting younger collectors -- you should continue to speak out in order to help lay the stepping stones as did those before you.
