The 2012 Club Auction will once again take place during the upcoming convention next month.
Full details are on this page:
http://www.ccgtcc.com/auction.html
where there is a link to download/view/print the catalog.
Catalogs - as usual there will be black and white xeroxed copies available at the convention on the day, at the club and auction tables on the bourse floor, and at the back of the auction room. Those will be $10 each.
For those of you who require full color or grayscale printed and bound copies, they are available to order only, and I will be having these printed on Thursday to mail out straight away. Some of you have already ordered them, and I will be emailing all those who regularly request one.
If anyone else needs one, full color is $35 shipped, grayscale is $15 shipped. Email me asap as there probably wont be any extras.
Bidding - please read the page linked to above and the terms and conditions in the catalog. The first 20 lots comprise the silent auction held during the day on Thursday 21st June, closing at 5pm. The live auction begins at 7pm and comprises a further 181 lots.
Many of the lots are donated, and all those start at just $5. The gets 100% of proceeds from donated lots so please start bidding them up straight away.
I am now taking advance bids - they will be placed as necessary, in incremental stages (increments are in the catalog), and the auction page on this site will show the latest high bid. If applicable, I will continue to bid for you during the live auction until your maximum is reached or you are the winning bidder.
If you do not want your advance bids to take effect at all until the live auction starts, then indicate 'proxy bids' when you are emailing me.
You can of course also place advance bids at the auction table on Thursday 21st, again up until 5pm.
You can place advance bids on all 201 lots in the auction. Even if you plan on attending, please remember that advance bids take priority in the case of equal bids.
Viewing - All the auction lots will be available to view on the bourse floor all day on Thursday, and in the live auction room.
I appreciate that many people have other priorities on the first day, so if you need to view something and don't think you will have chance on the Thursday, email me and I will try and arrange something for you earlier in the week if you are in Vegas.
