I don't have an Arabi chip like that. It must be worth more, how much I don't know. Easy to explain how it happened: they simply flipped over, by accident somehow, the inlay prior to pressing it in, so you see the reverse image. The inly is just white plastic, so it still looks good. Often seen --with no harm-- in a dozen or so poker chips where it doesn't matter much (like with white chip below). I just made this picture for this post:

The upper two (with the orange background) are normal. The lower two (green background) are reversed/mirror image.
