At a few locations, these were used to marked positions occupied by higher-level players at a BJ table. These are the ones I've been able to find. They are pretty hard to find.

I think were were more of the Diamond numbers (like #5) as well but I've never seen any.

I need a position 5 "Seven Stars" chip if anyone has an extra.
