TITO collectors will meet again this year at the CC>CC Convention in LV, NV at the South Point Casino Hotel, Friday June 22, 2012 at 1 PM. All those that collect TITO’s are encouraged to attend. We will have a number of TITOs available free for beginning TITO collectors to get their collections started.
I will have a printed copy of the TITO Collectors Catalog available to review and the third update to ver. two will be available. The catalog on CDROM and the third update, also on CDROM, will be available for sale. The catalog with its updates now list over 3000 different TITOs.
This third update to the TITO Catalog will probably be the last as there are several people on Charles Kaplan’s Chip Guide support staff that are helping me to add TITOs to The Chip Guide. To date about 1000 TITOs have been added to The Chip Guide, by over 25 contributors, out of the 3000 TITOs in the TITO catalog. All of those in the third update have been posted on The Chip Guide. Plans are to try to add another 1000 during the May 2012-May 2013 year and the last 1000 during the May 2013–May 2014 year so that by the 2014 convention the entire catalog will be up on The Chip Guide and I can get out of the catalog business after 10 years.
I will have my TITO trade stock available for trades; the stock includes over 1000 different TITOs. I will be attending the Slot Card and Room Key Group meeting Wed. at Blair House and can bring selected TITOs for trade if you let me know ahead of time what areas are of interest.
TITO collectors should have a busy time during the rest of 2012 with many new casinos opening in several states, a number of casinos changing ownership and/or names. I am always looking for new TITOs and large groups of older TITOs to add to my collection.
