A "Fair" Price is when the seller and buyer are

both happy with the deal.

Something is only worth what someone else is willing to pay for it no matter what a book says.

The best way to determine a price is watch Ebay and see what similar items sell for.

When the items are unique, you can throw that theory out the window and it becomes how badly someone wants it.

I value plaques based on what I paid for similar items and some are worth more to me than to others.
