Exactly Archie!

I use a red sharpie pen the write NON-MACHINABLE in large letters on the left side of the envelope. Of course given our wonderful post office that is no guarantee that they still will not run it thru the machine. One other thing to try is if you are at the post office be sure to put it in the parcel bin not the envelope bin.
