I am not sure how long Bally's has been charging for drinks and I am not sure if the other Caesar's properties are as well, but I would imagine they are but this was new to me. I understand all the Casinos in Pa. are charging as well.
From your slot machine you can order the drink. They did ever several that were still no charge.
